July Update

Greetings from Telluride!

We had another great Fourth of July and Summer is back in full swing. Despite what you are hearing on the news, regarding real estate, the economy, and the markets, we all choose Telluride because it is an insulated bubble of paradise. After a quiet spring, the real estate market is picking back up and everything feels lively again. We do finally have more inventory to choose from, and buyers who need financing will have opportunities again.

As the markets and inflation numbers propel negative news, many people find stability in purchasing real estate, and owning a hard asset in a market like Telluride. We would be happy to delve into the market stats with you and help you find the right purchase in these tumultuous times.

PS : Two new listings coming soon, a new custom home in Mountain Village and a luxury studio condo at the highly sought after Element 52. Call for details!

Regards,
Josh & Katja
