Greetings from Telluride!

Hope you are keeping warm this snowy February and we look forward to seeing you soon on your next ski vacation!

Telluride closed out an incredible year of real estate sales and San Miguel County set an all-time record with $1.16 billion in sales (total dollar volume) and 814 transactions. This is a 54% increase from the previous all-time record set in 2007.

In 2020, the Town of Telluride saw an incredible run of 57 single family home sales with an average of $1,680/sf, while the Town of Mountain Village had a whopping 52 single family home sales with an average of $772/sf; both setting $/sf record highs. Condominiums also set record-breaking numbers with the Town of Telluride seeing an average of $1,038/sf and the Town of Mountain Village seeing close to the previous record with an average $738/sf.
