We've had an early monsoon season this year and the Telluride region is looking more lush and beautiful than ever! Our favorite trails are engrossed in wildflowers and an abundance of wild mushrooms!

Our real estate market is, you guessed it, still on fire! The number of sales in July have stayed level since last year but the dollar volume increased by 25%! We see the price per square foot continue to steadily climb; the most significant jump happening for homes in downtown Telluride. The price per square foot for Telluride homes is up 75% YTD in 2021 over 2020!

With an incredible early monsoon season, Mushroom Festival is the best way to learn about the local delicacies growing in our backyard. Happening August 18th-22nd.
