Greetings from Telluride!
We are happy to announce that as of June 1st Telluride has reopened its doors to visitors! Throughout the summer the County is planning to increase the short term rental capacity, and the town has sectioned off the westbound side of Colorado Ave for outdoor dining. While it might not be the summer we had hoped for, there is still plenty to do in town, so book your trip now!
This Spring has been full of beautiful warm weather, and the wildflowers are out early! There is still snow in the high peaks, but it's melting quickly. We look forward to welcoming you back to town soon, and hope that you are healthy and ready for summer.
Regards,
Josh & Katja
Although visitors were delayed this Spring, properties continued to contract and close. So far we have not see any signs of significant price reductions and instead saw 16 new contracts in the first week of June!
As of June 1, 2020:
Retail is OPEN!
14 Day Quarantine is removed
Short Term Lodging opening at 25% capacity
Restaurants are open at 50% capacity and new outdoor seating along Main Street!
NEW Bridal Veil Creek Trail is open! Meandering from the Idarado Mine parking area hike up to the base of Bridal Veil Falls.
