As summer comes to a close, gold leaves, fall hikes, and crisp mountain air are just around the corner.

And what a summer it has been! Since opening the Rapaport Real Estate office in June, we've been busy closing transactions and supporting our clients, and we couldn't be more thrilled and honored to be your Telluride Connection. With 18 properties closed so far this year and 10 more under contract we have all our systems working at 100% and are looking forward to helping you find your dream home.

TELLURIDE SKI SEASON
The Telluride Ski Resort released details about its plans for the upcoming 2020-21 ski season, and is on schedule to open on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 26) and close on April 4. The resort will follow any local/state COVID-19 guidelines and will plan accordingly. Expect new dining experiences on the mountain in temporary outdoor structures to socially distance diners and new software for contactless sales. Read more here.

SKI SEASON PASSES
With ski season just around the corner, now is the time to get your Telluride Ski Resort ski pass. Unlimited season passes and multi day passes can be purchased here. You can also purchase a donation pass that supports the Telluirde Avalanche Dog non-profit organization; $20 donations receive a custom pass for your furry friend.

TELLURIDE MOUNTAIN CLUB
The trails in and around Telluride have been a great outlet during this pandemic. If you enjoy hiking, trail running, mountain biking, climbing and/or exploring the San Juan mountains, we encourage you to support the Telluride Mountain Club to continue to preserve and enhance Telluride’s outdoor recreation opportunities.
